Triggers can make you freak out!If you experience a trauma trigger it is completely normal to freak out! In fact, you may not even be able to control some of your reactions.
The best way to get some control over your triggers is to figure out what situations are causing you to react. This will give you a chance to prepare ahead of time. It might help to make a list any trauma triggers that you are currently aware of that bother you. |
