Everyone seeks support in their own way. Here you will find ways to help you reach for the healthy, positive relationships you need.

We know not all teens can get the support they need from their families. However, school, church, friends, sports teams, extended family, and other adults can serve this purpose as well. Wherever you choose to get support, it is important to be a part of relationships and activities where you feel valued.
