  • Anger is a natural emotion and very common after going through a traumatic event.
     
  • After a trauma your stress level will be high and you may have less patience for things that normally would not bother you.
     
  • It is typical to get angry about things that are not even related to the trauma.
     
  • Anger only becomes a problem when it is expressed in harmful ways like hurting yourself or others..
     
  • Everyone deals with anger in very different ways… some are helpful, some are not.
